...didn't he try to blackmail her into having sex with him by withholding her medication or was that someone else? Not saying you shouldn't ship it (God knows I have some fucked up ships) but I think you're making their hypothetical relationship out to be more balanced than it is

IIRC, it was the prison administration that withheld her meds bc they decided they weren't necessary, and he basically offered to get some for her for sex (or she approached him, knowing he could get drugs in?), so yeah, still gross. And still shippable in a fucked up way, agreed.

I don't think it was blackmail, but extortion. Sophia lost her meds due to budget cuts (hooray for Fig!), and Pornstache was willing to smuggle some in for her in exchange for sex. Still gross, but at least we have the terminology correct.

Actually, it was implied that the cuts were due to the Warden's assistant skimming from the budget, as I recall.
