Alana from The Song of the Lioness series by Tamora Pierce.

I mean, it was a lot of fun reading it as a kid and imagining I was also a super cool lady knight having adventures, but she was very Sue-ish. Now that I think about it, I wonder if Xena could be classified as a Mary Sue? Still the enjoyable kind, though.

Also some of the others people have mentioned: Bond, Wesley Crusher, Alucard, and the vast majority of Generic Action Hero Dudes in videogames and movies. A lot of superheroes in Western comics as well.
