I am glad you are having fun! What is gen con mostly about?

It's a gaming con! It's actually the largest con focused on tabletop games in the Western hemisphere, I believe. Tabletop board games, card games, and RPGs are the main focus of the con (also TCGs though that was probably a more recent addition, and that's the main reason I go lol), though there's lots of accessory stuff that goes on - video game tournaments, art and book sales, cosplays from pretty much any fandom imaginable, I think there's a cosplay parade and contest though I didn't see it this year, and some small periphery panels for other, non-gaming fandoms.

It's super super fun. :D
