At first I was ~ yay, Ace Attorney secret!

Then I was ~ wtf this scret is lame.

You want to re-write the game, but you don't want to do any of the work?

You haven't even started yet and you've already given up?

You don't know anyone in the fandom despite it being one of the most active fandoms possible for a game that age, and famously friendly?

Seriously, if you want to drum up interest in this it would be ridiculously easy. Not liking HoboPhoenix is not a minority view. Even less the thing about Ema not passing her exam.

This secret makes me think you are a moaner, not a doer. Even if I saw your completed work, I'd give it a miss, with this attitude.

+1. I sympathize with wanting to do something that seems like it would require more work than you're willing or able to do, but something about the tone of this one just grates.

Just to re-write the Ema part so that she passed her exams would be quite easy. There are a dozen conversations, tops, that mention it, and changing her from a detective to forensics wouldn't be that hard, without changing much else. She already does that business with the shoe prints in the game as it is.

That the OP hasn't even done this part yet makes me think they're not really interested in doing any of it.
