What are you looking forward to?

What movies/books/games/events/etc are you looking forward to? Be it soon for a year from now.

I find myself looking forward to Jurassic World. Didn't really like JP 2 or 3 BUT this one has Chris Pratt and BD Wong (which I find awesome they are bringing his character back). I am also looking forward to Age of Ultron. But I am not looking forward to avoiding spoilers. Going to have to get early tickets for that.

In real life news, I am looking forward to a trip to New York. Though I may have to put it off until March 2016 so that I can save enough money to get a nice hotel. Fortunately Lion King has no plans to quit their Broadway run anytime soon (I asked :P).

Jurassic World and Avengers 2 (and all the upcoming Marvel movies except Antman) as well. Also Mockingjay part 1, Hobbit 3, and all the episodes of Doctor Who for this season. Also the Agent Carter tv show and Galant (which looks hilarious).

The Lion King musical has come to Boston, so I'm going to see it in September. I saw it once on Broadway already, and it is amazing.

In real life, looking forward to graduating in a year and visiting my sister in New Hampshire this weekend. ALso, going to Dragoncon next year with my dad. It will be my reward for passing the bar (hopefully).

At this point, I don't see Marvel (as far as movies go) ever disappointing me. I guess some people are not happy about Antman? But I love Paul Rudd, so meh.

My sis is definitely excited to see the Hobbit 3. Which is weird to me.

I haven't been this excited about a game in a really, really long time. It sounds like this game is everything I want out of a Dragon Age game. I'm even excited about the MP now, and before I didn't care that much about it.

I was lucky enough to see The Lion King on a trip to Hollywood some years ago. It was not overhyped in the least. You're gonna love it!

Season 5 of Haven in two weeks! Which means I have to knuckle down if I want to finish rewatching the entire series prior to the premiere. I'm also excited for Mockingjay.

I'm gonna love it so hard. I may cry when The Circle of Life starts (Lion King is my most favorite movie).

Oh yes, Mockingjay looks great. I hope it follows close to the book like Catching Fire did. Also, I did not realize Haven had been on so long. ScFy shows always go under the radar.

Hmm let me see *pulls up theatrical releases throughout the year 2018*

Well within this year, I can't wait for The Boxtrolls, Book of Life, Foxcatcher, Whiplash, Big Hero 6, Into the Woods, and Annie.
Next year I can't wait for the award shows as always, Jurassic World...that's all I remember.

The trailer for Big Hero 6 was hilarious! Had my sister in tears. Don't really care all that much for Boxtrolls and Annie. But I will have to find the trailers for the other ones you listed!

Jurassic what-now? Will be off to research as soon as this post is done. :D

I'm excited for season two of Arrow to drop, so I can watch it and know what's going on in season three and on Flash, which I fully intend to watch and am excited for.

Sadly, I think I'm probably done being excited about Castle. And maybe Grimm, too. I'm mildly excited for elements of Once Upon a Time, absolutely zero of which are related to Frozen, which I don't care about.

Part 3 of the Hobbit films(well I say looking forward too, I both want it and don't want it at the same time. I'm not ready man, so not ready).

I think me saying Marvel movies at this point is redundant, but whatever. All the upcoming Marval films, bar Antman.

Oh and the new WoW expansion, gief me my shiny new updated models. We wants them.

Agent Carter. Season 3 of Orphan Black. More Archer, Bob's Burgers, and Adventure Time (maybe: I'm still not caught up).

ETA: I am cautiously excited about Into The Woods, as long as a) they stick to the book and b) Meryl can actually sing. (But Chris as Prince whatever looks delish, and I will always have my Bernadette Peters version.)

The Professor Layton/Phoenix Wright game, even though I'm probably not going to buy it unless there's a sale oh well.

I am looking at the Sims 2 right now and I'm so close to launching it. It's going to happen any moment now! Just as soon as I watch this episode of stuff and read a chapter of thing. Soon! My procrastination is a way of building up anticipation maybe hopefully!

I'm excited for the upcoming Person of Interest season!

And in other stuff, I'm going to relish the day I quit my job as soon as my job search turns up fruitful. I just have a good feeling it's going to be soon! Even if not soon, I'm still having fun looking and interviewing.

eta: oh goodness me I almost forgot that The Blacklist has a second season I'm going to hate watch! The first was so shit, I can't wait!

Pumpkin coffee from Dunkin comes out on Monday, super excited for that. Also, the last Heroes of Olympus book comes out in October.

Haven, the final season of Justified, season three of Kuroko no Basket, the 2nd Tiger and Bunny film (if I can find a way to watch/buy it), more Haikyuu!!, sort of Dragon Age: Inquisition, and Rise of the Tomb Raider.

Everything MCU related (especially Agent Carter!) except Ant-man. (This is everyone, apparently, lol.) Hobbit, and Hunger Games.

Oh, and always Rat Queens, Saga and Hawkeye. Now I feel like I should add The Wicked + The Divine to the list.

My local anime con, NanDesuKan, is in a couple of weeks! It's pretty much my most favorite event of the year every year and just recharges my batteries, and it's been a sort of stressful year so I AM SO READY.

Oh also my husband just got promoted! with a big enough of a raise that our income is going up by, like...70%? So I'm looking forward to having spending money, since we're pretty much broke right now, lol. (Particularly spending money at the con, nice timing life!)

And I'm currently working on apping back into a DWRP game after spending a while out of the scene because of my year being busy. That's probably what I'm happiest about the most right now.

In the video game world I'm looking forward to Dragon Age: Inquisition, Super Smash Brothers for Wii U (got both preordered!), Destiny/getting a PS4 for Destiny (like half of my husband's coworkers are going to get the game so, fingers crossed, we'll have a lot of cool people to play with), and maybe Hyrule Warriors...oh, and the Mario Kart DLC that was announced, it sounds like a sweet deal. (Oh, and nearly forgot, very intrigued by the Silent Hills announcement. ...Actually there's a TON of upcoming games I'm keeping an eye on, too many to really list here.)

Anime-wise, Psycho Pass season 2 is this Fall. I loved the first Psycho Pass (just finished it) so I'm VERY hyped.

Movies...pretty much MCU stuff, and Annie. I love the original play, love how they're updating it, trailers look great. Oh! And Book of Life. Love animation.

Oh, and my Mom got an iPad Mini as a gift and doesn't want it, so she's promised me it for Christmas. So I'm excited about that, too, since my netbook is pretty much dead.

...man I have a lot of stuff to look forward to right now. I should focus on that to stay positive, hmm.

Hunger Gaaaaaaaames! Sleepy Hollow, Brooklyn Nine-Nine. I think that's about it. I'm looking forward to payday this Friday. I think I'm getting my ear pierced again. I want to get a helix and an orbital piercing in my right ear.

Many games. Nintendo is getting a lot of my money, heh. Just from now to the end of this year, there's Hyrule Warriors, Smash Bros for 3DS and Wii U, and Pokemon Omega Ruby AND Alpha Sapphire, and now that the Zelda DLC is coming out for Mario Kart 8, shit, I think I need that too...

Extremely late to the party, but I am getting an exercise bike! You know how cats have that thing where out of nowhere they just have to go really, really fast for no reason? I kinda have that, with less crashing into things, and more frustration that most of the time going outside means almost dead from hot or cold these days. Soon I won't have to worry about it anymore!
