While the quality of Arrow is very debatabe, I love the relationship between Laurel and Quentin and they're probably one of my favorite father/daughter relationships on television. Whether they're in an argument or having a touching moment, they just feel very real to me. I think Oliver and Slade also had a lot of chemistry, especially in the flashbacks. In fact, imo Slade was probably the character that Oliver had the most chemistry with period (incidentally, I think he has the least chemistry with Laurel which is unfortunate since they'll most likely be endgame. Just...zero chemistry. When the show plays up their friendship, it's sweet but when they push the romance it just falls flat to me)

I'm in agreement with you here, I also think that Oliver+Felicity and Oliver+Diggle have pretty good chemistry as well.

(And very much agreed with Oliver/Laurel, as a friendship it works for me but romantically they are just dull together, I actually preferred Tommy and Laurel's chemistry as far as romance went tbh).

Oh yes, I like the interactions of Team Arrow! I think Diggle and Felicity have good chemistry as well and I think they have a very lovely, if understated, friendship (I love that they both jump to defend each other whenever Oliver acts like a dick towards one of them for instance. It's nice that the show demonstrates that they're also friends with each other rather than them both just being Oliver's friends).

And I actually shipped Laurel/Tommy pretty hard, so I feel you. At first it seemed like they were setting Tommy up to be a typical dudebro party boy, but he turned out to be one of the nicest characters in the show and I thought he and Laurel had a really cute relationship. I like Oliver, but I think Tommy and Laurel were a lot better for each other

Oh yeah Diggle and Felicity's interactions are wonderful and like you I love that they clearly are friends and care about each other a lot, even if it's isn't as focused on. I just love Team Arrow bff's a lot man.

Omg, a kindred spirit! I was sooooo into Tommy/Laurel, like I initially thought that them hooking up could be a bad thing(because of how Tommy is presented as a bit of an ass to begin with) but then the more we saw them together the more I loved it because it actually felt like a relationship that was good for the both of them. Shipping the ship that was never meant to be, *sigh*. :P

It's always nice to meet someone in the Arrow fandom who is on the same page!

And lol, yeah, shipping Laurel/Tommy was rough because you just knew that it wasn't going to work out because it's obvious they're setting up for eventual Oliver/Laurel and it was also clear that they were going to either make Tommy a villain or just kill him off in order to facilitate Oliver's character growth. But I still couldn't help myself...

I don't talk about Arrow much so it's always nice to have a chat about it. :)

I knoooooow, I knew I shouldn't have liked it as much as I did but noooooo, my brain couldn't let me be happy in this show. I still mourn Laurel/Tommy and Tommy himself. :(

The fact that Oliver/Laurel is probably endgame makes me so sad. :( Aside from the lack of chemistry, I just don't think they're good for each other romantically. I like them as friends and wish that they could just remain friends.
