Today I set up an AO3 account so I could post all of the fics I'm too ashamed to admit are mine. I'm very excited by this.

What did you do today, FS?

Haha, I'm totally considering doing that, too. Only the fics I want to disavow aren't finished yet and might never be, so signing up for an account might be premature on my part.

Mine's definitely premature! I'm hoping it will inspire me to finish some of the damn things. ;)

Went shopping. Cleaned a bit. Watched a movie with Tom Hardy called Locke. Wasn't that bad.

Sounds like a nice, chilled day. How was the film?

It was pretty good. Tom Hardy is the ONLY character you actually see in it because it takes place in a car. It is a very low key film.

Hmm... over an hour of staring just at Tom Hardy? Sold. ;)

Started the process of cleaning my closer (it's massive and is filled to the brim) and also made cookie dough this morning so I can bake it later.

I'll be baking Doctor Who TARDIS cake later, but I'm not sure what kind of cake to make.

Marble cake. It's like having two cakes at once, so it's sort of bigger on the inside.

even funnier, I just was looking through my cake book and turned to that page. I think I have all of the ingredients too.

Well genius me decided let's take EVERYTHING out and then put it back. So currently my floor is a disaster, but about half of it is already put away and I can finish the rest tomorrow. Normally, I'd suggest taking it small but I couldn't see the floor so a major overhaul was necessary.

Eh the cake didn't come out very pretty. It sort of exploded in the middle.

Read a couple comics, watched some anime, tried One Late Night... (I nicknamed this 'ultimate drawer opening simulator' because that's all I did. I accidentally turned on 'invert mouse' without realizing it, and didn't notice until a few moments ago that inverting the mouse wasn't default. I spent my short time walking through the game at a snails pace, staring at the ceiling. Then I could barely get my mouse to click on anything, and it was a waste of time. Pretty, but...idk if I care enough to give it another chance after I couldn't find a way to progress.)

God, I was so lazy today, I didn't even work out. I wasted so much time...

I went to a wedding and a long party afterwards.

I cleaned me and my sisters' tub which was HIDEOUSLY gross and earned $5. Spent it on a Caramel Macchiato and yet another notebook that I probably didn't need but I didn't want to spend 5 whole dollars on food.

Typed up the class schedules for 2 of my 3 school libraries and made the blank template for the third, which is the new to me school this year. I'll be meeting with the teachers on Wed. to set up their schedule; school starts for the kids on Thur. I then created a master schedule with all three schools in it (the above were one school per page) and colour coded so I can tell at a glance which school I'm at on which day (its the same every week, but it's a bit different from last year, so...).

After that, I started putting events into the monthly calendars I made in excel last night, again colour coding my days as I did for my master schedule. I'm listing what's going on at each school each day. I think it will be easier than flipping through three different calenders (never mind the horrible layout of the staff calendar from my largest school). I'll print these out for my work binder--it'll let me see at a glance what is upcoming and I can pencil in any changes. It's a lot of work, but I know that I'm going to need to be super organised going between three schools...

Such a fun way to spend one of my last summer vacation days. But I do feel accomplished.

Did laundry, packed, took a bus to a train to take a bus up to New Hampshire. Got to my sisters, had dinner, played Cards Against Humanity. Now about to watch Doctor Who.

Worked. When I came home, my sister told me she bought me a couple skirts.

Woke up, made breakfast, went to college, got birthday hugs and gifts, had exams, made a new RP account that I probably won't be able to use...

And now I'm posting about it on fandom secrets!
