Oh. I read it as Twelve/Clara because idk. I just assumed and a lot of people refer to the different Doctors as their actors name. But yeah. Rereading it, it probably means the actors.

I'm not into RPS but eh. Whatevs. I actually haven't seen any Peter and Jenna shipping.

I'm not into RPF, but I don't think it is the same thing as people actually suggesting the actors are together in real life. Yes, those people are creepy. But RPFers aren't necessarily, as much as RPF personally wigs me out.

I know a handful of people on Tumblr who started AGGRESSIVELY shipping Clara and Twelve when he was announced. I'm serious. There hadn't even been any scenes between the two, nothing to base the shipping off. And I really mean aggressively shipping it, flooding Tumblr with their crazy meta and photo mash-ups. They even read the leaked scripts and claimed Capaldi was lying about the not flirting thing in the media .... they seriously see all this in the scripts and the show.

It's fine to have your fun and whatever, but jesus. It's so fucking aggressive and in-your-face, they made me distance myself from the pairing before we even saw them act together.

Eh, I ship Twelve/Clara but not Peter/Jenna. I hardly ever ship real-life pairings, especially if one (or both) of them is already married.

Unless you mean Twelve/Clara too, OP, then I understand how you feel. But again, like most of the replies said, so what, let people ship whoever they wanna ship, you can just avoid them if they make you uncomfortable.
