What fandom is this? The only one that comes to mind right now is Penny Dreadful and if so..lol

Dorian Gray is a character in Penny Dreadful (they also threw in Victor Frankenstein, Mina and etc although Dorian is probably the one who is most like the literary character he's based on)

The best thing about Penny Dreadful's Dorian is that he's one of the very few blond Dorians ever.

(honestly, though, you're right. I'd call Penny Dreadful Dorian blond, but he's not nearly blond enough. Dorian should be bright shining golden blond, and preferably curly, too. Wilde wasn't shy about his tastes in these matters)

BUT THIS DORIAN'S MUSTACHE! I vote him trans because I've seen trans men grow ridiculous, unfitting beards. He just needs one of those square, hipster hats!

The magic in the universe is more limited than that poster seems to think. There's a canon trans MtF character in the same universe who is an accomplished mage, but she doesn't have a female body, so I think if drastic change like that was possible, she would have done it already.
