I'm looking for FPS (or other) games with an Aliens-knockoff theme. In other words... well, you guys know Aliens, right? There's a lot of games that are just Aliens with the serial numbers filed off, like Alien Swarm and Natural Selection. Hell even Contra's last level is one big Alien hive complete with barely-disguised xenomorphs.

Basically I just want to blast some screaming giant death bugs. Gimme recs.

From what I've seen, haven't played it yet but looks fun, Interstellar Marines on steam looks like that, but instead of bugs you are fighting walking sharks. It is in Early Access though.

It's strategy, not FPS, but Infested Planet might be to your taste.

The Exctinction mode in the new CoD (Ghosts) is basically exactly that. Plus, (optional) online or offline co-op.

Oh damn. The only thing stopping me from getting it for that is I'm not spending another dollar on CoD.

It might be worth it after a price drop or after a game of the year edition comes out or something, because they only bundled one Extinction map with the actual game (yes, they are getting that bad) and the rest are DLC. The campaign is short and terribad, and though the MP actually has some pretty fun improvements, if you don't play it, it's not worth it.

My chain was pretty yanked, to be honest. The co-op spec op missions from the MW2/3 were pretty much the replayable part of the games and they must have bundled 20 spec ops maps/survival missions with MW3 (and like 50 over all the DLCs). The fact that they put one in Ghosts just makes me want to punch nu!IW in the nads.
