Let's get real as it gets fs. Based on your current lifestyle, family circumstances, diet etc how long do you live an dhow are you going to go?

Statistically, cancer or a heart attack. My family doesn't really have a history of anything except high cholesterol. But, I have been trying to maintain mine.

Well, cancer runs in my mother's side of the family while depression seems to be common on my father's side. So cancer or suicide could be safe bets. My genes are crap.

Based on family history and personal history? I think this is my top 5:

- Cancer
- Heart attack/blood pressure related death
- blood clot to the brain
- suicide or euthanasia
- accidental death by car crash or reckless behavior

Well, and the age would of course depend on cause of death. For someone who never expected to make it past 20, my life expectancy is already spectacular - and hey, in optimal circumstances I might even make it to 65 or 70.

95 and in my sleep. Very long lived family of non-drinkers and non-smokers. All mad as balls though.

Based on my family I'd say cancer or aneurysm, when I'm somewhere around 85.

I have a twenty-five year streak of not dying, at this rate, I think I can keep it up forever.

Best I can figure, they were trying to fly through that barn upside down.

Had a bunch of reporters out here earlier, even CNN. I guess any time a biplane from the First World War crashes doing acrobatics, being flown by two ninety-year-old men, neither one of them with pilot's licenses... well, they had a good long run, both of them.

I think I've got a pretty good shot as long as I don't smoke (all my grandparents had passed by the time I was 11, but smoking was a contributing factor for all of them). I'm more concerned about skin or ovarian/cervical cancer down the line.

Or possibly in a car crash sometime very soon while I'm learning to drive. /morbid

High stress job. Shift worker with a heavy rotating schedule. Bad diet (See last thing). Heavy drinking work culture. Tall enough it's going to stop me reaching very old age.

Yeah, I'm fucked. If I hit seventy I'm doing well for myself.

I'd say anything heart-related or suicide. Oddly there isn't any history of cancer in my family ... yet.

Honestly, I've got no clue and I'm not even going to try and guess, because there is no way of knowing. I could do hours of research on my family history, take a good long look at my life stile make my best guess about what disease, and age might be involved. Then tomorrow I could be killed by moose falling out of plane the moment I step out my door.

My grandma on my mother's side died from a stroke. Grandma's 6 or 7 other siblings (don't feel like asking how they all died) died from a stroke. So there's a high probability that mom will die that way (unless the Alzheimer's finds a way to kill off an organ) and I will too.

Of course I can't think of anyone in my family that had Alzheimer's so how mom got it, I think it was from deep depression. So I'm either going by way of a stroke or just killing myself at the end.

I have never thought I would get much older than 50 or so, not for any particular reason I just feel like that is when I will die.

But other than my weird feeling, I'll probably die of cancer either because of bad genetics or my smoking... Or from a fire in my sleep as I don't wake up by the sound of the fire alarm.

As my diet is healthy enough, I walk quite a lot and I couldn't live in a safer neighbourhood or city for that matter if I tried, so if i quit smoking and don't get cancer because of my family history*. I would probably live to the average, which is like 83 or something for a Norwegian female.

*Then again the amount of serious mental illness on the same side of family is worse, so even if I am older than what is usual to show symptoms there is still time, and then suicide is how I'll die .

Based on my current lifestyle, family circumstances and the like, I'm most likely to shoot myself. Assuming I manage to fuck that up somehow, however, my genes say I'm most likely to die of breast cancer or a heart attack.

Knowing me I'll manage to die of both somehow.

Cancer, cancer, cancer, cancer, cancer. Maybe in my 60s, in my 80s if I get my check ups and keep healthy.

Either cancer (any age really) or in my sleep in my late 80s/early 90s, if I judge by my family.

Suicide is another option, but I hope I'll never get back into that state of my life again.
