The way the other characters treat him is the only about Parks & Rec that I don't like.

Yeah, same. I don't think it even really fits the show. I was fine with Jerry being Jerry'd in the beginning, and honestly if he had actual flaws (Michael Scott tendencies or something) that made him as incompetent as they imply I'd be fine - but he hasn't done anything than have small mistakes that should pass two seconds later amplified, and it's getting meaner and meaner, for all the "give Jerry a break" episodes they have to presumably make up for it.
