I like the gags when they go completely over the top, like the time he invented self-sustaining, clean electricity and no one paid attention and then he sneezed and broke it. But a lot of the other less "out there" ones can end up feeling extremely uncomfortable.

It's easier to watch when you separate his character from the actor, remember that he's going home with a huge paycheck at the end of the day, and that all his coworkers love him. Of course, the fact that I have to do that pretty much says it all.
