Perhaps stop writing fanfic for a while, or at least stop posting it? Try original fic perhaps instead.

The emotions you're describing aren't necessarily bad ones, when you have them under control. A sense of healthy competition is good. It's useful to compare yourself to other writers and see their failings; it gives you that spur to create your own visions. Any writer needs a certain amount of arrogance. There are millions of stories out there already, so why does anyone need yours?

But it sounds like you've let these feelings stuff swamp you, so much that you've forgotten why you started writing to begin with.

Stand back from fandom for a while, or at least the particular ones you're in at the moment. It will very likely help.

Confession here: I also feel like the best writer in every fandom I'm in, even though I know it's highly unlikely to be true. It's a natural effect of each writer writing what interests them the most. So don't feel too bad about it, just don't let it fool you into thinking everyone else will automatically feel the same way about your own personal set of likes and dislikes.
