It was easier when I didn't have classes to worry about, though, I'll admit.

(Anonymous) 2015-01-10 11:01 pm (UTC)(link)I actually used the 1580 calories since March (well, I did cheat on some days, but I was always aiming for it and did my best to stick with it). But I've been really stressed lately and I feel super hungry all the time. Just wondering if anyone had any pointers.

I'd say if you are hungry when you go to bed and can't sleep you might need to eat a little more food.
