Tumblr is not any better at archiving, really. "So I want to find this one fic/art I remember, now how do I figure out when I reblogged it, or what tag I used, or maybe I didn't reblog it and it's in my Likes somewhere ... and who wrote/drew it again ...?"

I like PIxiv's tagging system. Everyone settles on a common tag to use, and they even have a tag encyclopedia for people to edit.
