Destiel or Wincest.

I like Sam, Dean and Castiel, and though I prefer het ships, I have slashed guys together before. I have no trouble reading from subtext that Dean could be bi, and I don't have any issues with the idea of him hooking up with a guy. Just...not Sam or Cas.

(Under normal circumstances, that is. Endverse!Cas would probably screw anything on two legs, but, well. Not normal circumstances.)

If I did ship any of the three characters, it would probably be Sastiel. Their dynamic is just better suited for that sort of relationship, IMO.
