Hmm, I'll add my fandom guess. Dragonball Z? It's dead, as far as I know, and Vegeta wore a blue jumpsuit and had spork-like hair.

Nope, but it's an anime, one of the main characters has a suit that shade blue, and a spork shows up in it.
