What are some secrets you'd post, but you don't because the fandom is so unknown, small, or dead you think it wouldn't be worth it?

Otherworld series. I find Elena to be so damn boring, so I hate that most of the short stories that are coming out are about her and her pack. I also find her twins extremely unbelievable, especially Logan. (And that they're now full werewolves at nine? What sense does that make?)

So who do you like in the Otherworld series? I know Elena tends to be a favorite, in most of the reviews I've read and the people I've discussed the series with. I prefer Paige and Lucas, myself.

(And I haven't read any recent short stories, but Logan and Katherine are unique, I believe, in being the only children born to two werewolf parents. So it might be justified?)

Jaime is actually my favorite! And yeah, I know they're different, but nine to start changing...it seems way too young.

I tried to watch the show and just couldn't. I'm way behind on the books too :(

I watched an episode and a half and gave it up. I'll stick with the books.

I wish Emma had used her powers more. s!b Ruse is a take on Sherlock/Watson and that's the draw. But I didn't care for them solving cases. I wanted to know where Emma got her powers and I wanted to see her use them for more than just stopping time.

We're Alive (spoilers) I am still so pissed about Angel's death! And the lack of fanfiction.

Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol There is this one author who writes fics I would love except they are in first person. Whyyyyyyyyyyy!!

Angel's death didn't bug me, but I thought it was a bit of a pointless stretch to bring him back for a minute since I already thought he died a quiet tragic one at the apartment. I kinda dug Riley having to grieve a second time, but meh. Tunudo drama dragging on didn't really appeal to me, especially since I thought Scratch was a terrible villain sue with anime powers (why did jail leader guy let her have a stabbity speech again why).

Now Datu on the other hand. That one got the "NOOOOO THAT'S NOT FAIRRRRR" tears outta me because gdi not Datuuuuu but I'd be lying if I wasn't glad how he went out. But gdi getting there was an elongated sad.

Also, I have no idea where to begin with this fandom outside of the forums.

Mostly, no. I've had a lot of Silmarillion secrets that I've wanted to post while reading the book, though, that I haven't because I figured there wouldn't be much interest.

I'd love to see some secrets for the Silm. Plus, I think a lot of people have been turned onto Tolkien's other works from the movies (both the new set and the old). I was turned onto them after LOTR but it took me awhile to get into the Silm. It's always fun to talk about!

I went for the ending where you kill your whole party and destroy the universe, and didn't bother trying for the good ending after that. It seemed like the natural outcome after everything my character had been forced to do.

I still think that show had so much potential. I know it was to make fun of soaps (including telenovelas), as well as pop culture, but it really became what it was making fun of.

I loved the first couple of seasons, but then I stopped watching.

I didn't like who Abe ended up being, so I'm glad Peggy dumped him, but I also think they could've not made him such an idiot and instead really explored that part of Peggy's personality.

Mad Men counts as a small/dead fandom?!

But for real, that's a totally reasonable opinion that hardly warrants a secret. I can agree with that (and also feel that person Peggy became/always aspired to be was never going to gel in the long-term with Abe.)

I hate that Keiki/Youko is the popular fandom pairing. It should obviously be Youko/Rakushun.

I would ship Youko/Rakushun SO HARD but I find it difficult to get past him being a mouse. If he mostly stayed human it would be one thing, but I get a little squicked :(

I think Incarnadine's family in the Castle Perilous books must have been related to Dworkin and Oberon of Amber.

(If anyone here understands BOTH those references, I will be impressed indeed.)

All of my favorite pairings are incest. I'm not even normally into that. 8(

Nanami Chiaki is the most pandering moeblob character I could imagine. Her talent is gaming and she makes video game references except she's bad at dating sims because she's socially awkward and "lol wow she is totally my spirit animal/wife!" says the whole fandom. Just, god, what an easy way to make sure a video game character is universally loved. And instead of being aware of this as it tends to be about the games' other flaws, the fandom fell for it and made her its darling. I can't stand it. I can't stand her.

But from a canon standpoint I feel bad about it because I love Chihiro and Monomi.

I tell people it took somewhat longer, but the truth is I gave up on Highlander when they killed Richie.
