Re: Wisdom teeth =_=
I went to an oral surgeon and was knocked out on a Friday. Was completely fine by Monday. No swelling because I kept ice on pretty much the whole first day.
When I had them out, I wasn't feeling any pain. Apparently if you wait until they bother you, the surgery is more painful. I hope insurance comes through for you and that the surgery goes well. If you manage to schedule it the first weekend of your spring break, you might be able to make small plans for the second weekend.

I'll try the ice thing; do you mean you literally just had ice on your face the whole time? Or like, an ice pad, or something?
I'll try that; I was really hoping to go to the beach to see if I could spot any whales during their migration, but maybe I'll be able to on that last weekend still. :3
Re: Wisdom teeth =_=
A friend had told me to drink orange juice the day before because it's supposed to help with the swelling. I did this and had no swelling, but I'm not sure if it's old wives' tale or not.

Thanks for the tips! :D
Re: Wisdom teeth =_=
It was kinda interesting to learn that even after all these years, sometimes old remedies still work. The cloves did the job, though!

Once upon a time, I think. Thanks for the reminder!
