Re: bad friend?

I can understand this a lot, when my life isn't marching forward I tend to dread the "how's life?" questions and wish more people just wanted to talk about dumb things like tv shows with me. It also gets worse when I'm going through a bad depression cycle, because then I just feel like I really have nothing to talk about.

I don't think it makes you a bad friend, some people may even be open to contact again. If not, you can always start again. Maybe try making some fandom friends? Sometimes fandom friends help because you'll automatically have something to talk about other then real life.
