If you're okay with more literary books (I know some people around here hate them), you could try Memento Mori by Muriel Spark. A group of old people are harassed by strange phone calls telling them "remember you must die".

Well, Hercule Poirot is technically over a hundred years old by the end of the books, and in some of them the motif of him being old is pretty prominent. I guess it's more obvious in the TV series, though - I found e.g. 'Curtain's exploration of Poirot's attitude towards aging and dying damn heartbreaking.

'Remember Me', which I'm watching right now - a horror mini-series starring Michael Palin as an "eighty-odd" quirky Yorkshireman with a dark secret from the past. It's good, though I am already scared as hell.

Replying to myself because I thought of something new, albeit way late. Sabre Wulf from 2004 brings back the hero from the original 1984 game, and clearly a lot more than 20 years have passed in-universe. He's no longer fit enough to use his sword, instead defending himself with a variety of trained monsters.

And Blunt Talk with Patrick Stewart is coming soon to Starz (though Seth McFarlane is exec producer).

I watched a movie called How About You... (made in 2007, based on a short story by Maeve Binchy) on Netflix a few weeks ago. It stars Hayley Atwell as a young woman that works in a rest home with her sister. The home is facing foreclosure because the sisters can't get anyone to move there because the current residents are complete assholes.

What about the show, Waiting for God?

Waking Ned Devine! It follows an isolated tiny village on the Isle of Man, and an old man there, Ned Devine, wins the lottery. Unfortunately, the shock is too great and the poor man keels over.

The village REALLY needs the money, though. So they hatch a plot; everyone in the village fakes that Ned's really alive, and then they can share the money! But that requires EVERYONE to agree...

It's a pretty great movie! And mostly focuses on two of Ned's friends, both of whom are about his age.
