If you're okay with more literary books (I know some people around here hate them), you could try Memento Mori by Muriel Spark. A group of old people are harassed by strange phone calls telling them "remember you must die".

Well, Hercule Poirot is technically over a hundred years old by the end of the books, and in some of them the motif of him being old is pretty prominent. I guess it's more obvious in the TV series, though - I found e.g. 'Curtain's exploration of Poirot's attitude towards aging and dying damn heartbreaking.

'Remember Me', which I'm watching right now - a horror mini-series starring Michael Palin as an "eighty-odd" quirky Yorkshireman with a dark secret from the past. It's good, though I am already scared as hell.

Gimli/Legolas fics

I'm suddenly in need of some good Gimli/Legolas fics.

The only thing I really do NOT want is dick!Thranduil. It seems to crop up in a lot of G/L fics, and I adore Thranduil so it bugs me.

Stuff I liked: Love Actually, Definitely Maybe, Two Weeks Notice, The Proposal (probably my favourite, it's so unashamedly OTT, gets really sweet, and stars my #1 weakness: cute secretaries).

Stuff I didn't like: Confessions of a Shopaholic. I didn't like the bit with her lying to her guy about her ex stalking her, couldn't even finish it.

One Piece fic

At this point I'll take anything, but I'm especially interested in stuff with Ace, Sabo and Luffy (a well-written AU where Sabo joins the fight at Marineford is the holy grail I am currently looking for).

The only thing I don't care for is Luffy/Nami and Zoro/Sanji, but if there are amazing authors for those parents I'd still take it, just to go through their favourites/tags/bookmarks.

My Little Pony: A gen story focusing on interaction between Rarity and Pinkie Pie.

Phineas and Ferb: Something about the weird truce Perry and Vanessa have.

Fullmetal Alchemist: Cordial-to-friendly one-on-one interactions between Riza and Ed and/or Winry. Hell, Riza having a pleasant conversation with any of the heroes who's not Roy or Rebecca.

How about some good SGA horror fics? My favorite pairing is McKay/Sheppard, but I'm partial to Teyla/Jennifer, Teyla/Elizabeth, Ronon/Teyla, Ronon/Zelenka, Zelenka/Lorne and Zelenka/Weir. I'm also good on friendship fics.

Horror game let's plays

I know I'm terribly late, but if anyone could recommend good Let's Plays of low-res horror games (you know, Corpse Party, Ib, that kinda thing), that'd be awesome.

Bonuses are Let's Players who take care to get all the endings and stuff. Please, no perving on female characters or throwing around slurs, though shrieks and flailing and swearing is fine.
