See, I thought there was no fandom for old books, and then I found out that there are people who have actually written Blue Castle fanfics, and some fanart.

Not a lot, admittedly, but considering that I didn't think that there'd be any...

Same here! I LOVE that book, it's one of the ones I reread every year, but I never met anyone in real life who's heard of it. None of the fic particularly struck me but I was glad to not be alone. (There's fanart??)

I haven't reread it since I left my Mom's copy at home when I moved for college, but I found it at the library again recently, and man, I love it so much!

Only a little, unfortunatly. And by that I mean like, two. I tried to find some on dArt, but I didn't have a lot of luck there. :( It's mostly on tumblr, all like, two of them. >_>

I'm a bit disappointed that Valancy is apparently wearing that snuffy-brown high-necked thing from home after Barney shingled her hair, but otherwise she looks exactly right.

I'm honestly just pretending that that picture is from after the big end reveal about her not actually dying but before she realizes that Barney does actually love her, in that period when she's home again. ^^;
