I always thought tacos were made with beef. That's what my daddy always used when he made tacos.

Oh my word, no. They can be made with anything. There's a whole, wonderful world of tacos out there. Chicken tacos, carnitas tacos, pastor tacos. Fish tacos! Fish tacos are amazing. And they're all really, really, really delicious.

Tempting. Very tempting. We can alternate cooking. You make tacos and I'll make whatever potato recipes I can weasel out of my family. Our sauerkraut and kielbasa is delicious!
