I read the afterellen bisexuality roundtable which nearly brought me to tears. Then instead of crying I decided to swallow my last bit of dignity and create a serious okcupid profile.

Mostly I moaned about the snow. I got a cover letter written for a job application. I watched the last few episodes of Buffy and started Game of Thrones. And I read fanfic that made me nearly cry.

Today felt like it went on forevvveerrrrrrr. And my boss had some people by power washing our roof so it was long and filled with terrible noise. Right now I am watching a terrible Film Sack movie and trying to figure out what to gif. :/

Listened to 'Ye Jacobites by Name' a thousand times. Cooled the rage of the county attorney. Signed up for yoga classes. Ate delicious chicken.

Um well I'm yaoi anon from yesterday so once I got home, I watched a bunch of yaoi. It's like high school, only I'm much, much older. All in all a good evening. A very nice distraction from all the crappy work drama.

(also I found out that the Dramatical Murder anime apparently cut out all the BL or something. bleh!)

Suffer. I'm ill, and I basically spent the day running to the bathroom, throwing up, and just trying to sleep as much because I'm in pain.

Ran an errand and played a ton of System Shock, the original. (Almost done with it, then it's on to the sequel.)

Also got into an argument about Kanye West (namely the whole thing about Beck) which has led me to revisit 808s and Heartbreak, which is still really good.

Not bad. Slept well, made it to things on time, dinner is expected to be pork tacos, with the meat slow-cooked in an achiote sauce, and evidently I've got a maintenance spanking overdue...

I ate mcnuggets because I didn't want to cook and my own work doesn't want to play nice. Screw it, I'll just go ahead and start that other fic. My novel? Five words. My fic? 2,500+ in just today. :P So it goes.

I got some stuff I actually needed to do done, but I ALSO wasted a fuckton of time checking out and saving baseball gifs. I recently moved my gif collection to imgur (originally on tinypic), and sorted it by subject. My MLB gifs folder is now the fourth-largest (after Doctor Who, Movies Misc, TV Misc, and Animation) category...

10 hour work day, packing between tasks because I telecommute, preparing for leaving for a lengthy road trip to Katsucon tomorrow morning! Just finished making some ginger syrup to take along with me and put in my drinks, now chilling out in front of the TV watching my Pistons play.

Will probably take a nice hot bath at halftime, then brush out a really long wig so I can pack it and put that suitcase in the car so I can get on the road almost immediately tomorrow morning. Will probably squeeze and bottle some fresh juice to go with the ginger syrup. May also make a special treat to hand out to friends I'll be seeing at the con, since Saturday is Valentine's Day.

So basically today has been productive and "as planned", which is awesome considering that my health has been so sketchy lately. Though it's been better lately, and I'm really wondering if I can blame that on drinking freshly squeezed juice of various kinds pretty much every day for the last couple weeks.

Since I am Scottish today began an hour ago. Today I learned about parasites, did some drawing and read an old sci-fi story set in a universe where earth was the only planet in the milky way to generate life and self replicating robots are trying to find planets where they can re-create humanity.
It was ok apart from my infected ear deciding to go even more deaf. I hope my prescription of horse pill sized antibiotics (that may make me pee crystals or turn my tongue black) clear it all up soon. :/

Walked downtown. Paid the power company enough money that they probably won't cut me off.

Bought some comic books. Probably looked like a dork reading Squirrel Girl while walking home. Don't really care.

I got up way too late and did nothing. Productivity was not my forte today.

Well, last night, when I went to give my diabetic cats Yuna and Maladicta (Mal for short) their evening dose of insulin, I had a hard time finding Mal. We all searched the house, and found him in a cluttered, hidden area in dad's office, having seizures. He was completely soaked in his own urine and feces and visibly shivering even when not having spasms. We rushed him to the emergency vet clinic downtown, and they were initially optimistic about his chances, thinking it was a potassium imbalance or somesuch. However, it turned out he had a brain tumor that caused a massive aneurism, and never had any chance of surviving this at all.

I'm not coping well.

After weeks of dealing with a sinus infection that took my sense of smell away I can proudly say that I smell again. Spent several minutes sniffing my Lush products.

I'm waiting and waiting for my landlady to come home so she'll unlock the door to the floor where she lives. This is important because that's the floor the stove is on. I have the horrible feeling she'll come home so late that she'll insist it's too late to cook anything, but I can be pretty insistent myself. I'm not having one more night of Taco Bell and Hungry Man!

Things keep going wrong with my refills so I'm without some of my meds again today and I'm such a mess without them.

I answered some interview questions about DID and Andy Blake.

Then I went to the library and checked out a mystery novel about a happily married fat woman in her fifties seeing a murder during a murderball game with her husband. I normally HATE mysteries, but I'm really enjoying this one! (Seriously. A MURDER DURING MURDERBALL. How is that not awesome?)

Also, we finally got paid for our bulk order! Our tiny self-help zines are now available at Pioneers Press! See, we're in the catalog! *does a happy dance with Sneak*

And on top of all that, I got some decent info from potential future roommates. And now I am waaaaay too overstimulated and kinda burning out, so I'm watching bad Disney sequels with the sneakster and trying to be chill for a while.

Went to the rental to pick up some thnigs and get the end of lease steam clean receipt. 2 more days stuck contracted to that horrible place.

I hope I get my bond back.

And the rent overpayment.
