Yeah, that's been all over my dash as well. *sighs* Personally idgaf, it's not something I would get for myself, but I don't mod much anyway.

Was there ever so much wank about the equal love mods for DA:O? I don't think there was, why is this the one everyone wants to throw a hissy fit about?

I think because she's a tough warrior-woman who is straight, and some people are pissy about the mod becuse they wanted a straight character who is "butch" or something.

Honestly at this point, and with all the wank, I preferred the "playersexual" option.

There was nowhere near this much wank with DAO's equal love mods. I think this wank has a lot to do with fallout over the DA2 love interests and the fact that "set" sexualities was a selling point for DAI love interests.

Plus, there's currently a massive amount of pushback against "sjws" and basically anything that can remotely be used as ammunition against "sjws" will be used as ammunition.

I always attributed the lack of wank then to the fact that the fandom was a bit quieter and the fact that it took place back in what is basically the stone ages as far as fandom history goes, but now that you mention it the whole anti-SJW thing does seem like a possible contributor. Back then you'd probably be laughed at if you tried to talk about how the evil queers wanted to turn everyone gay, but now if you word it the right way you'll get people backing you up.

Xeah, it's kind of coming back to it now - I've seen a lot of wank some time ago about "POC ERASURE" because people were not drawing Zevran dark enough.
