(Anonymous) 2015-02-28 01:54 am (UTC)(link)But on topic, I agree it's not *great* to slim down a fuller figured character, but it's generally hard to get fandom to stop doing these sorts of things. Fanartists will not take it well if you dislike their interpretation because it's just that their interpretation, it's not canon nor is it meant to be.
For every weird thing fandom does with fanart their are also a lot of cool things so if I don't like something I just ignore it and give attention to the things I do like. I'd recommend giving kudos to the artists that do draw her in a way you enjoy, reblog their art, give them a compliment on their blog, etc
