Not very often, but I'm the sort of person who just "collect" minor annoyances over time until I just explode*. Usually it's not even directed at the right person as anger is one emotion I don't feel comfortable expressing to most people :/

Like I said, it doesn't very often though. Luckily.

*Nothing violent though, mostly screaming and crying, and being meaner than I ought to be. My doors, however, suffered a lot from this when I was younger...

I can relate to this, minus the screaming. I think it's really common.

In some cases, this happens to me too, minus screaming, plus attacking the perpetrator(s).
