If they give bad medical advice, especially if it could potentially cause serious illness or injury. (I live in a very hippy-dippy town, so I've had my fair share of run-ins with homeopaths, quantum mystics, and even the odd raw milk devotee. I guess acupuncture could count, too, but it's not actively harmful like raw milk.)

Me too. I don't care if they think it's sound advice that they sincerely believe in, I still judge them harshly for believing in bullshit and then spreading it around.
