I think quantifying love is always a losing proposition.

Are the amounts of love you have for two different people unequal? Maybe. Is the love you have for any one person different from the love you have for another and therefore difficult to compare? For me, yes. Would I prioritize people that I love over other people that I love in dire circumstances? Probably, but I feel like that would depend on a lot of factors - vulnerability, capability, accessibility, etc.
