Re: video game music
(Anonymous) 2015-03-29 12:42 am (UTC)(link)I'm really fond of so many Final Fantasy OSTs (Especially VII, IX and X). The Legend of Zelda also have a lot of great ones.
Mass Effect (And especially the 3rd game imo. "Leaving Earth" leaves me in tears every time) is also pretty awesome. Dragon Age too.
Assassin's Creed (with III being my favourite again, with II second).
The Last of Us has an amazing soundtrack and I'm reminded of it every day as my current ringtone is "The Path (A New Beginning)". (And speaking of, my text tone is the victory fanfare from FFVII)
More recently I'm been quite fond of Life is Strange's soundtrack, and the indie feel fits both Max and the story.
