The World Ends With You.

Child of Light has a great soundtrack. So does Bastion

Anything Sonic.

Complete soundtrack - The World Ends With You.
Specific tracks - One Winged Angel (FFVII), Liberi Fatali and Eyes on You (FFVIII), Reset (SMT: Devil Survivor), Dragonborn (Skyrim), In a Moment's Time (Skullgirls).

Soundtracks taken from pre-existing music - Fallout: New Vegas - almost the whole thing, Saints Row the Third - 106.66 The Blood, The Mix, and The Swim (except Sports...nothing can make me change the radio faster than that coming up).

The Donkey Kong Country games and Chrono Trigger.

Ocarina of Time and Sonic The Hedgehog/2 have some of the most memorable soundtracks of all time for me. Same with FFVII.

I think some of the absolute best pieces of atmospheric composition have come from AAA shooters though, ironically. COD:MW2 and CRYSIS 3 immediately spring to mind as absolutely stellar examples of what happens when you have the money to get elite composers working on your game.

The Valiant Hearts OST.

Ocarina of Time has some great tracks, too.

Song of Mana, from Legend of Mana, almost makes me cry with its sheer beauty. I really like the whole OST, really, but that track is just my favorite song ever, video game or not. Vagrant Story is right up there as well, when it comes to OSTs where I really just love the whole darned thing.

Close contenders also include Xenogears and a couple different Final Fantasy games.

Nothing else compares

Divinity -series (Beyond Divinity, Divine Divinity, Divinity: Original Sin) and Final Fantasy IX.

I really love the Journey soundtrack.

I don't have an absolute favorite, as that would be too hard. There's tons of fantastic music in games these days; you don't even have to look far.

A lot of the more popular series, too. Metal Gear Solid, Uncharted, Dragon Age/Mass Effect, Halo, BioShock, Assassin's Creed, Portal, Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy, Elder Scrolls...

Then you have stuff like Shenmue (the Shenmue theme is absolutely beautiful and takes my breath away) and Jet Grind Radio/Jet Set Radio Future, and Space Channel 5.

Oh, and The Last Of Us, which has a masterful soundtrack.

Plus: Alan Wake. Great music in that game, licensed and otherwise. The ending music was perfection, as was the music during that scene.
