Nowadays this phrase makes me skip everything else that is being said by the person using it. Too bad you couldn't insert "straight" there. Oh well, two out of three is still good.

I don't think so. Cis means he was born biologically male and identifies as a man (as far as I understand it, I'm no expert here).
