Sounds like you experienced "top drop", which is where tops often feel shame and confusion with their roles in sex scenes they've done. It's perfectly normal and it does not make you a bad person. It does not mean you have anything to be ashamed of. It's the natural course of a person processing those sorts of scenarios with loved ones. We come to our kinks however we come to them.
