Probably capslock_atla and ihasatardis in their golden years. ihasatardis in particular. Everything heartbreaking about the show was made hilarious. Ships and shipwars were playfully mocked. There was no character bashing whatsoever.

Oh man, I remember the great days of ihasatardis. I went back there a few years ago and realized that one of the people from there I formed a bit of a friendship with was Obscurus Lupa. I just never really remembered that was her username, just her icon.

I loved the anon meme (who_anon) too, even though there was wank and drama and some unpleasantness.
