Eating leftovers of the EVERYTHING we're making for our Seder right now. Um, I don't know beyond that.

What kind of leftovers? Are there traditional Seder foods? I'd assume so.

Yes, it is a plate full of symbolism! Let's see, you're supposed to have matzah (unleavened bread), bitter herbs/horseradish (to symbolize the bitterness of Pharaoh's tyranny), a dish of salt water (to symbolize tears), an egg and some regular greens/parsley that you dip in the salt water (symbolizing spring/freedom in the promised land), a lamb shank or some other bone-in lamb (the Hebrews anointed their homes with the lamb's blood and were spared from the last plague- death of the firstborn), and charoset, which is a delicious combo of chopped apples/nuts/wine/spices (it symbolizes mortar). And wine; you have to have a glass for the spirit of Elijah too.

And on top of that, we're having chicken with thyme and vegetables (because we only have 2 lamb shanks), mini potato kugels (OM NOM NOM), and a vegetable casserole called a tsimmes (this one has sweet potatoes, squash, and prunes).
