I just hate that some user blanket dismiss anons whenever someone has an issue with them.

It's because of anons like the above who think it's fine.

I've been mistaken for a "hater anon" when I non-insulting disagree with people, because they're people who are so used to anons disagreeing with anything they say that they've started dismissing everyone.

Following people around and insulting anything they say doesn't help anyone at all, even those that disagree.

People dismissing anons because of anon above is the whole reason I got an account - so people would take me seriously when I disagreed with them. It's such a minor, irritating thing because tbh I'd prefer to still be anon. But at least this way I can have serious discussions sometimes instead of being dismissed.

Granted rude anon above is 50% the reason because some users on here are idiots but it's best just to ignore them rather than handing them some fuel.

I'm sorry. I try to differentiate, but it's hard to tell when people like OP will stalk you into threads where everyone is being useful and having a nice discussion with the singular intention of disagreeing with you to try to bait you into arguing.

Because, you know, they're anon and they're cowards because they don't have accountability.

It's hard not to dismiss people who start to aggressively disagree under those circumstances.

I don't actually stalk you though. I'm fairly sure it's multiple anons who have an issue with you.

There's some obvious cases like jaybie where it's the only conclusion that it's a stalker!anon, but I think, generally, most people don't have the time to stalk around one user. I think if you are consistently getting angry messages at you it's worth looking into what exactly you're doing to get that to happen to you and maybe post anon to see if you get similar results.

Oh sure. I've been fairly sure for a while that there are a few anons who just show up now and again to harass people. That doesn't mean you don't stalk me it just means you stalk me in addition to the other people you stalk.
