Text: Here’s a story: many moons ago I fell in love with a boy. He was handsome and smart and Charming. I was young and naïve and I thought our love would last forever, as one does at that age.

But our story was not a fairy tale. I found out that this boy I loved so much had been repeatedly raped and abused when he was still a child. Looking back, this was way beyond anything I could realistically handle then, but I tried, because I felt it shouldn’t matter and love should Conquer All.

The things that had been done to him steill were very present in him. At some time we started RPing rape scenarios (not real life, but though Chat) because I think that was sort of his way of working through things.

So here’ sthe secret: I grew to like it. Love did not Conquer All and we broke up, but I think it’s the reason why I still get off on dubcon and noncom in fanfic. It only got more pronounced over the years. I think my reasons are so much more fucked up than just “having a kink” and I could never ever tell.
