I haven't accomplished much so that's a hard one. I'm looking forward to being able to list editing a novel into a finished product before long, but until then I'll have to stick to feeling proud of the 15 finished first drafts of novels, plus 52 novellas and short stories. I'm pretty good at finishing things, to a point.

Honestly I'm not that particular. My mom bakes them, which is very nice - but I also like mashed potatoes, or cooked ones, or fries - only thing I insist on is that they're somehow salted, because I do not like bland food so much.

Exactly. He wasn't a scientist (like Spock and McCoy) or an engineer (like Scotty) or a linguist/engineer like Uhura - but he was an excellent strategist and he knew how to read and motivate people.

I was in the process of mending my friendship with my ex, but kept dragging my feet on it because things had been so weird between us for going on ten years. He was doing a bit badly and needed someone to talk to, so we were texting -- at one point I had a huge debate with myself whether or not I should call, or ask him to meet up with me when he was in town.

He died before I made up my mind, in unclear circumstances. I don't know if anything I might've done could have changed anything, but I really wish I'd just fucking called.
