Haven't tried Gravity Falls, but everything else here (and Bee and Puppycat) I did not care for much. I was a little worried it was that I was too biased towards anime, but I recently watched Song of the Sea and it was delightful.

I was considering giving Steven Universe another shot because I've heard it takes a little bit to get into, but I watched a highlight reel that left me stone cold.

i find steven univers is best in small doses, especially the early eps. Binge watching the whole first season can burn you out fast.

Gravity falls is wonderful though and you should try that.
