I just Googled this, and I can't even see what he looks like because he's wearing armor in all the pics. So no.

There are no pictures of him out of his armor. (That aren't of him as a child or teen. Even then there are only a few clear shots of his face. Oh, and there's a brief shot of his eyes if you beat Halo 4 on Legendary but that's about it. TBH I kind of like it that way, even though there's a description of him in the books + shots of his younger self in comics and trailers so his appearance isn't totally unknown.)
