I saw it last week and I left feeling incredibly underwhelmed, but I saw it again this weekend and idk? I liked it more this time around.

But;

Things I liked:
-Nat and Clint's friendship, I'm glad that survived in this movie because they are my Marvel brotp(and while I knew she was being paired with Bruce ahead of going in I was glad to see that they were still both important to each other).
-Maria, fucking, Hill. Carry on lady, carry on.
-Clint got a good deal tbh, we got to see more of his character and I really liked that. His family was also pretty cute(if out of nowhere).
-The twins. Wanda was cool, and while she's not comic!Wanda I don't mind the changes and I'm interested to see where her story goes. Also I did not care one bit when Pietro died the first time round, but the second time I did care(still not a whole lot, but I was like 'aw man' when he bit it).
-Vision. While I do think his origin was a bit rushed I also thought he was cool(also kind shipping Wanda/Vison a bit and I know that's my comics shipping of them messing with my brain).
-Rhodey!! I liked him coming in at the end, that was cool. Rhodey is cool.
-Got a small cameo of Sam, yay more Sam! Also his new suit at the end was nice looking.
-Seeing some Red Room stuff with Nat was really cool, I just wish we had gotten more and I want a Black Widow movie even more so now(which we wont fucking get).
-Thor!! While I do think he was barely in the film I did like what I saw of him, he was just mostly there to set up infinity wars and shit, but he was cool.
-The new Avnegers line up actually looks pretty cool.

Things I didn't like:
-Steve, oh Steve bb. Granted his lines weren't all awful or anything but jesus he mostly felt like he was taking in one-liners the entire movie.
-Ultron, was not a fan sadly. Like I really enjoyed him when he first showed up talking to JARVIS and he was all cold and menacing and then it just spiraled into another Whedon villain. Oh well.
-Some of the fight scenes just looked godawful, and too much CGI as well I think.
-Tony Stark can officially fuck off forever kthnxbai.
-Natasha should have been able to BREAK OUT OF THAT FUCKING RUSTY ASS CELL, REALLY. That was dumb. Also to add to that there was no point in Ultron kidnapping her in the first place, it was just so they could find where he was but honestly they could have done that another way(it's a superhero movie, we're used to unrealistic dumb-shit).
-Deus Ex Hellicarrier, like where were you hiding that Fury? And I supposed you just happened to find about 200 people to staff it as well? And I guess you aren't pretending to be dead anymore so that whole plot from TWS was a waste of time(actually lets tack on ignoring TWS like it never even happened, IM3 too).

Things I'm meh on:
-Nat/Bruce. On paper I didn't mind the idea of it because I can honestly dig Natasha paired up with anyone in the MCU, but it just didn't really work for me.
-Hulkbuster fight was cool I guess but felt it a bit tacked on, like it was put in because they wanted the fight, not because it made much sense.
-While Clint's family was quite cute it was another thing that was out of nowhere, but I guess that also comes with the fact that out of all the Avengers he's the one we know the least.

Overall it was okay, nothing ground-breaking but not completely awful to me either. I just personally think that they perhaps had too many characters and things to do in it and it wasn't juggled all that well.

+1 to pretty much all of this. My biggest complaint was the dialogue everyone had, which pretty much ruined all tension in the movie, but other than that? My list is similar to yours.

Oh yeah I found the dialogue mostly iffy as well. There was some nice banter and funny lines but by the end of the movie I just wanted these people to talk to each other like actual human beings and not snark-machines.

If you watch Agents of Shield, this would make more sense. There were/are former Shield agents who knew he was alive, so his finding 200 or so people to run the Helicarrier wouldn't have been impossible. Shield was/is a huge corporation. And with Stark's cloaking tech, it would have been very easy to keep it hidden. See- they still haven't found the Quinjet at the end of the movie, thanks to said cloaking technology.
