I think McCoy would be a Gryffindor. Call me crazy, but I do.

Also, I can see where you're coming from on Watson but I would lean slightly Hufflepuff.

I mean, he's undoubtedly very brave, I just think the loyalty is a little higher in the mix.

McCoy? I think Hufflepuff would work, but he's also got a bit of snark streak that I can see in a mild Slytherin.

From all I've seen of Star Trek (which admittedly isn't much), he doesn't have the... ambitious streak? drive? necessary to be a Slytherin, though. I mean, my impression was that he would have been perfectly happy being a country doctor for the rest of his life--he's proud of his skills, but he doesn't have the drive to be the absolute best that I've always associated with Slytherin.
