When I took an MBTI class at my work, they sorted us into types and then gave us helpful cheat sheets, i.e., how to help this type when they're in a bad mood and what are the signs of bad moods.

It was eye-opening beyond what I can describe, because my sister and I? Opposite result on every letter. Some of the things she did to try and help would absolutely infuriate me, and vice versa. We get along much better now.

...and all of this is basically just me saying that while the test may be overrated, it's also way more accurate than the nay-sayers like to pretend.
