That's the risk you take on the internet. That isn't just for content creators but anyone can click anywhere on the internet and find something inappropriate. Everyone has to learn to deal with it themselves or learn to click the back button.

People are allowed to post whatever the want on their blog it's THEIR blog. Tumblr is a site where you share stuff through reblogging, if the thought that someone who likes inappropriate stuff sees your content bothers you then don't use tumblr.
If you are easily offended then don't click onto other peoples blogs. How would you feel if some stranger walked into your house and started telling you to get rid of stuff?

People reblogging stuff from you just means they liked the post it's not like they want your attention nor is it an obligation to check out their blog.
