Re: Vegetarianism

(Anonymous) 2015-05-05 10:04 am (UTC)(link)
Since becoming vegetarian I've never felt better. I always feel more awake and alert, I've lost (bad) weight and still feel like I have more energy, and not to mention I feel more ethical about my decision not to eat meat.

It doesn't work for everyone, but to be honest, I don't think being vegetarian for just a week or two is a good account of how you'll feel being vegetarian. Your body has to adjust, any huge change in diet and it's going to be rough at the beginning. You just have to make sure you're getting protein from other sources. But again, if it doesn't work for your body, it doesn't work for your body.

It really works for me, though. Best dietary decision of my life, along with giving up pop.
