I have found just about everything recced on the mcugen comm to be excellent: I believe the most recent one I read from there was Inherited Characteristics by Domenika Marzione.

It's 1986, the Sox are going to the World Series, and sixteen-year-old Tony Stark has just gotten himself arrested for trying to sell nukes to the bad guys.

Middle-aged Peggy Carter puts the smackdown on teenaged Tony Stark. Absolutely superb.
