There's nothing really wrong with that (you like what you like), but I totally understand your want for more f/f in a fandom full of female characters. (Sometimes the pairings that catch on stump me too, but there's not much that can be done about that. Unless you want to draw your own art and hope that others will be interested and maybe follow suit. Easier said than done, though.)

Like a series where there are no male characters I'd expect a ton of yuri smut, in a series with 99% dudes I'd expect m/m not singling out the one female character and make her covered in dicks!

I should also point out that target audience may be a factor in some series' fandom fetishes. A lot of series with female-dominant casts are marketed towards female readers who are generally more attracted to the male characters, and a lot of series with male-dominant casts are marketed toward male readers who are generally more interested in the female characters.
