It depends. If it is about equal rights and understands that men have privilege and the need to promote women's rights and just is uncomfortable with the feminist label, sure, though I sideye anyone who wants to get rid of the word feminist with all its associated history and the women who fought for what we have now.

If, on the other hand, it is denying privilege or claiming that women have privilege now and promoting mens rights over women then no.
